Dec. 9 : In a landmark judgement, a federal court in Chicago recently overruled a 1966 court decision that stopped an offshoot organisation from using the Baha’i name. The Chicago court judges, while criticising the 1966 ruling, said that it was a wrongful means of trying to resolve a question of religious authority. The federal 7th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the 1966 decision does not apply to the different sects of Baha’i.

Sameer, a Member of the International Bahai Council and Chairman of the newly constituted National Bahai Council of India, said that the attempts of the Haifa- based mainstream Baha’i faith to shut down the public teaching effort and close down all the websites and publications of the Baha’is, under the provisions of the Covenant, have been thwarted with this ruling.

One of the most important outcome of the ruling is that it has put aside all questions regarding religious organisations having any right to trademark its names or icons.
This comes as a major boost to the 1,44,000 strong followers of the Baha’is under the Provision of Covenant in the United States. They believe that the mainstream Baha’i faith has strayed from the religion’s original teachings.

“The abrogation of the original order has freed us from their “marks” and the 6-66 injunction is upheld. We are free to go forward with our path and plans to further advance the Baha’i faith, headed by the third guardian Neal Chase, the Covenant appointed” said Mr Sameer.

Background and Education

Neal Chase was born on Candlemas Sunday, January 30, 1966 in Bridgeport Connecticut, home of the Charter Oak. As a child he attended Live Oaks elementary School. Later his family moved to Oak Park, Michigan, where they lived in Stratford Court near 8 Mile Road on the limit of the city of Detroit. He received his secondary education at Cranbrook School in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, was elected to student government without campaigning, and graduated as President of his class. He attended college for two years at Michigan State University, in East Lansing Michigan, located near the home of Malcolm X (El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz), where he first came into contact with the Baha’i religious faith in 1985.

In 1987, on March 21, he moved to Madison, Wisconsin, where he helped to establish the Mid-Western Baha’i Center of the United States, giving public talks at the University of Wisconsin, on diverse subjects such as the Harmonic Convergence, the Prophecy of Great Pyramid of Giza, the Book of Revelation as well as holding Baha’i Firesides in his home, and continuing his research and educational work.

After moving to Montana in August of 1990, he lived in the city of Deer Lodge, Montana, continuing research on prophecy fulfillment and publishing his book “Ezekiel’s Temple in Montana”. He later re-entered school in 1995 at the University of Montana, receiving his Bachelors Degree in Psychology on 22 December, 2000 AD, with a minor in History, and a specialization in symbolic systems in Mathematics, of which he also received the Mac Johnson Family Scholarship award for Mathematical Analysis in 1997. He currently holds a Master’s Degree, Master of Science in Psychology, and is working on his doctoral program toward completion of his Ph.D. Thesis.

Religion and Spirituality

As a young boy in Connecticut, Neal Chase, began to be aware of religious and spirituality experiences occurring in every day life. In a recent interview he explained that though he was not able to articulate it then due to his extreme youth, it came in general the form of a supernatural, yet invisible, persistent Presence. This Presence had a definite mind, will and purpose, and though its effects were noticed and observed by all those present during these occasions, the other people would come up with excuses to deny its existence, or to explain away it effects as mundane coincidences. He explains, “This Presence or Entity, was attempting to communicate, not just to myself, but apparently to everyone – it had a definite message to communicate to all the world of humanity, and was continually and persistently trying to make itself known. However, these attempts would wax and wane, like the Moon and the Tides, depending upon the amount of love or light in the room. It would appear to withdraw during episodes of negativity, and in its absence calamity, accidents and catastrophes would occur to greater and lesser degrees.

“The people I was surrounded by at that time were scientific, but avowed atheists, of a purely materialistic foundation. Ethnically my background of my family of origin is Jewish on both my father and my mother’s side. Jewish means descended from the tribe of Judah. That is the tribe of King David. But as atheists, secular Jews, I was, therefore brought up with no religious indoctrination or belief system of any type, which was a great blessing for myself on this plane, for it provided me with no preconceived ideas whatsoever.

“At any rate, directly experiencing and observing the effects of this phenomenon we have mentioned, helped to create in myself a life-long dedication and desire to both love to know and to come into constant direct contract with this Presence. Later, as I got older, I found that others had reported such events within their own life-times, or had pursued the evocation and invocation of such experiences – and that many of these people came from my own hereditary background as Hebrews from the family and lineage of Abraham, who himself had these types of natural, yet metaphysical, lifelong experiences. For example, Jesus, a descendant of Abraham through King David through his father Joseph (Rom. 1:3, 4 KJV) had similar experiences as this, until finally, un-submerging from the Jordan River – Jordan means the descender –  he went up onto the Mountain for 40 days and 40 nights, and met with the Devil and Satan.

“Moses likewise went up onto a mountain where it is said he conversed with God while in the presence of bush that burned but which was not consumed. This is actually a species of plant from that area called the gas pant that Moses happened to be standing in front of upon Sinai when he had his experience. These plant secretes an oil from its leaves, which when very hot become gaseous and ignite on fire, thus the leaves give off a gas that burns with a flame of fire from every individual leaf, yet the species of bush is not consumed at all. It is all very scientific. Likewise Buddha under the bow tree in India, Krishna in the war chariot of Arjuna, Adam in the Garden of Qadman, Muhammad in the Cave of Hira, Zoroaster (of the Magi) at the setting sun, the Bab in a dream, and Baha’u’llah in the Siyah-Chal (the dungeon of the Black Pit), Who describes this presence as the appearance of a Beautiful Maiden, as well as all the other believers such as Galileo, Bruno, Newton, John Dee, Einstein, MLK (Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.), the Hebrew prophets, Nostradamus, Joseph Smith, Wavoka, Black Elk, etc., all relate similar experiences to greater and lesser degrees.”

Born Again Baha’i

After having reached the age of maturity in his teens, Neal Chase, had a born again experience which resulted in his accepting Jesus and the scriptures of the Bible as authentic, though it obviously contained many mysteries that were unexplained. These would later be explained to him through the methodology of his mentor Dr. Leland Jensen, the last remaining Knight of Baha’u’llah. He explains that though he now recognized and accepted Jesus he was unable to join any Christian church or organized religion. Later he found out about Christianity, like Judaism and Islam, and the other world religions including Baha’i had been hijacked and turned into money making schemes by usurpers called “clergy” for their own aggrandizement and empowerment. In fact when all the promised ones and messengers from God appeared they were one and all opposed by this same “clergy class” of every day and age. The Jewish clergy such as Caiaphas was opposed to Jesus, the Christian clergy was against Muhammad, the Islamic clergy against that of the Bab, the followers of the Bab, like the followers of John the Baptist that were opposed to Jesus, were against Baha’u’llah, the “Baha’is” were against ‘Abdu’l-Baha and killed his grandson Shoghi Effendi, the first Guardian, and so the ball of corruption continues to roll down throughout the ages.

At the age of 19 while attending Michigan State University, he first learned of the Baha’i Covenant preserved in the School of Dr. Leland Jensen, the last remaining Knight of Baha’u’llah. After a thorough interview he was matriculated into the college, where he received an education in religion, free of price.

He explains that all throughout his life, experiences and education, where God is the Real Teacher, he has always remained on one steady course. That he never actually converted to any other religion or Truth other than that which he had always held and experienced from the beginning – instead it has been a continual process in deepening into the Reality, never being separated from it. That through these many experiences though he has grown and matured spiritually as an individual, he has always remained the same personality and same individual since birth. He explains that this is not always the case for other people. For example take the famous cases of Paul or Nebuchadnezzar. These people belong to a religion or hold certain views that are different from that which is grounded in the Reality. Therefore when they come into contact with this Light and shines penetrating deeply into the core of their being, they undergo a conversionary experience which changes their personality and identity. Thus Saul became Paul. And Nebuchadnezzar lost his mind and ate grass like a cow, it says in Daniel, for 7 years, until his mind returned to him and was restored to the Kingdom under a different identity and different name re-created as wholly different person.

“Now this is different from the regular path of growth and transformation that is predestined for all in stages of maturation from the cradle to the grave, until in the final transformation the spiritual being is released from the mortal coil, as the caterpillar is released from the cocoon as a butterfly. The work in Greek for butterfly is psyche which literally means Soul. The Egyptians wrapped their dead in windings like a cocoon for the symbology of this reason. Thus the ancients had concept of the immortality of the soul as well, living transformed like the winged butterfly in the spirit world which is our real home of magic, love and light, where the Presence of God is absolute. Jesus called this true home the Kingdom of God. Now Baha’u’llah – The Revelation of the Most Great Name – has brought this Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. Thus this is heaven on earth. The purpose the Davidic Kingship seated upon the throne of King David is so that we can recognize the true Universal House of Justice of Baha’u’llah from fakes frauds and imitations. This is so we can all live inside the shelter of this Spiritual City while our bodies are gathered together here on earth and our hearts dwell within this Kingdom. Those outside of this Kingdom, like those deprived of food and shelter in this world, suffer, are in darkness, and feel the sorrows of remoteness and are sad. Therefore as the door of this Kingdom are continually open, we call to them and invite them to the Supper of God. However, in that state outside the Kingdom, wars over oil and false religion occur on a daily bases. Rape, murder, injustice, ignorance, poverty, disease and all forms of depravity and illness are inflicted against the people almost on a daily basis. Therefore the people pray to God for relief. And God, being the Source of loving kindness IMMEDIATELY comes to their aid and answers their prayer. He sends them Baha’u’llah, the Prince of Peace and His everlasting Covenant of the Davidic Kingship to Comfort the people and establish this peace on earth from this time forth and for ever more.

“Thus the people pray for peace on earth and God immediately sends them the Prince of Peace, Baha’u’llah with His Covenant of peace. But the people don’t want Baha’u’llah and don’t want His Covenant. So the wars go on and the world remains in this state. This is prophesied to continue until the unimaginable point of unbearability. Then the people will think again and turn unto God. This will only occur after greater and greater levels of escalating catastrophes. Thus World War II was worse than World War I. Vietnam was worse than World War II. This current War which really started with the 9-11 is worse than all the other wars put together, and is getting worse and worse every day. As it is based upon violence it is unwinnable. Only establishing the Covenant of peace will remove these difficulties. This will not be accomplished through war, but through education and understanding. This is the true foundation of this Kingdom. This is why God has sent us the love of ‘Abdu’l-Baha and the wisdom and guidance of Baha’u’llah. So that we could us the document of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha to frame our own constitution for the Kingdom of God upon the earth. Everything is possible in this Kingdom. Nothing is possible outside of it. This is why it is written, “Behold I make all things new”.

“As long as we form that Council with the Davidic Kingship as a working loyal, loving and equal co-member of the family of man, we remain under the provisions of the covenant. If we reject this living person and deprive or deny him his personal rights, freedoms and inheritance, then we have rejected denied and robbed everyone of their individual rights, freedoms and inheritances as well. His inheritance is not he greatest inheritance it is only the most public the most visible. Thus it is a “sign from God” (W&T, p. 11). A sign that as he is deprived all shall be deprived; As he has received all shall receive. Now for me personally, I have not one worldly desire or aim. My whole life demonstrates this for all who know me. Thus I have achieved my goals and received my inheritance of both this world and the next. Can we say that Jesus was deprived and cast out by God because he hung on the cross? Absolutely not! Can we say that Baha’u’llah was deprived of God’s love, Presence and grace, because he was imprisoned and in exile for 40 years? Heavens no! Thus like ‘Abdu’l-Baha, and all the other servants of this Kingdom, I am firm in secure in my inheritance, and as I have received this to shall all the true believers under the provisions of this everlasting covenant receive and in greater bounty and shares than that which I myself have been so generously given in both this world and the next.”

Exilarch

Neal Chase says that the best way to understand his position in society is that of an Exilarch. The Exilarchs are the exiled monarchs of king David. The word Exilarch literally means EXILed monARCH.

The first Exilarch is King Jehoiachin who was the last King to sit on the throne of King David in Jerusalem and the first King to be seated upon the throne of King David in exile, in Babylon. It states in the Bible that Nebuchadnezzar brought the Davidic King and the throne of King David is exile into Babylon with him. Later that one of Nebuchadnezzar’s successors took Jehoiachin out of prison and set him back upon the throne of David and exalted the throne of King David above the throne of the other kings in captivity. From that time foreword the throne-line of King David has continued in exile down to the present day.

The most famous of all the historical Exilarchs of the past is the Exilarch Bostanai. Baha’u’llah and ‘Abdu’l-Baha are direct male sperm descendants of King David through Solomon and Exilarch Bostanai through his Persian wife Dara of the throne-line. Neal Chase is also a direct-male sperm descendant of the Exilarch Bostanai through his Persian wife Dara, but from the cadet branch of the family of Baha’u’llah and ‘Abdu’l-Baha that moved North into Russia out of the country of Persia which is modern day Iran.

Shiloh Prophecy

The Shiloh Prophecy of Genesis 49:10 sates that the scepter shall depart between the feet and legs of Judah when Shiloh comes (KJV) and when it comes to whom it belongs (RSV). Between the feet and legs of Judah are the reproductive organs. The Shiloh prophecy is therefore the well known prophecy that when the second coming of Christ comes in the Potency of the Everlasting Father seated upon the throne of King David (Is. 9:6-7) He – The Ancient Root – will have physical son – the BRANCH – of which Baha’u’llah had ‘Abdu’l-Baha the Most Great Branch, and then after this Root and Branch, the throne-line shall pass out from between the feet and legs of Judah in fulfillment of this Shiloh Prophecy and thus be continued by adoption – the Grafted Branch (Heb. Tsemach). Thus ‘Abdu’l-Baha writes:

“Consider!  The Divine Gardener cuts off the dry or weak branch from the good tree and grafts to it a branch from another tree. He both separates and unites. This is that which His Holiness Christ says: that from all the world they come and enter the Kingdom, and the children of the Kingdom shall be cast out.” (‘Abdu’l-Baha, Master’s Last Tablet to America, cf. Baha’i World Faith, p. 438)

This is what is meant when it states that the Gentiles will inherit the Kingdom. This is through adoption of the throne line. The prophecy further states (see Paul Romans 11 for more) that a natural branch shall then be grafted back in to inherit, when it comes “to whom it belongs”. This Shiloh Prophecy therefore is fulfilled in the throne-line succession directly following Baha’u’llah’s son ‘Abdu’l-Baha.

In fulfillment of Biblical prophecy ‘Abdu’l-Baha adopted an American from the prophesied family of Masons. This American is Charles Mason Remey Aghsan. His father’s family is that of Rear Admiral Remey of which an American battleship is named, and his mother, of the female line, is from the promised family Mason. Thus his middle name is actually the family name of the female line, and he was known to his friends as Mason Remey.

AGHSAN means BRANCH

As ‘Abdu’l-Baha adopted Mason Remey to be his son, Mason Remey not only inherited the throne of King David after his father ‘Abdu’l-Baha, but also the family sur-name of Baha’u’llah and ‘Abdu’l-Baha entitled “Aghsan”. Aghsan literally means “branches” Ghusn being the singular in Arabic and Persian for one branch. Baha’u’llah referred to all his sons and male descendants as Aghsan – branches. Thus ‘Abdu’l-Baha was called the Most Great Branch. Therefore Mason Remey AGHSAN, is the direct male line successor to ‘Abdu’l-Baha upon the throne of King David. An adopted son has all the rights and privileges of a natural son including the kingship. Mason in turn adopted his son Pepe, to succeed him as the only remaining aghsan in all the world. In 1991, Pepe adopted Neal Chase, a natural branch from the same family as that of Baha’u’llah and ‘Abdu’l-Baha back into the throne-line succession to inherit as his only son both the name of AGHSAN and the legal succession to the throne of King David after him. In the year 2001 AD, on the day of September 21, the Autumnal or Fall Equinox, God fulfilled His promise and brought forth his “servant the BRANCH [Aghsan]” (Zech. 3:8 KJV) and this was the projection of the identity of Neal Chase in this role as the modern day Exilarch seated upon David’s throne into the media, the internet and the court system.

As this kingship is not recognized by the majority of the people who are still unaware of this, the actual implementation of government for the material affairs of all mankind remains impeded; and thus this kingship and the current guardian remains in exile. Also as the mainstream “Baha’is” led by Ruhiyyih Khanum and the “Hands” have violated the Covenant of Baha’u’llah and broken every single provision of the sacred Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha which is the Charter of the Kingdom, this kingship remains in exile from the historical Baha’i World Center properties of the Heroic and Formative Age in Haifa Israel as well. Thus it is in exile as an Exilarch.

However, in the place of its exile, the snow-white spot where ‘Abdu’l-Baha designated its Rest in the Rocky Mountains of the United States during his visit in 1912, this fulfills the visions of the Book of Revelation for the New Jerusalem prophecies in the Rocky Mountains. Thus everything is how it should be!

Prophecies, Predications and Press Releases

Though the author of many books, letters, papers and articles of many subjects, Neal Chase has received the most public notoriety for his press release in which he accurately predicted the many future events now all come to pass, pertaining especially to the siege of the city of New York (the 9-11) and the War on Terror with al-Qaeda, and the invasion of Iraq and the killing of Saddam Hussein. These are fully explained at www.BUPC.org. What is unusual about this controversial subject, is the confirmation of many witnesses to this that themselves are of the mainstream or material perspective, as this article from the Missoula Newspaper demonstrates:

“In an editorial in The Missoulian, editor Mark Matthews, who had conducted several personal interviews with Neal Chase in his home in Missoula years earlier writes in ‘A Time to Weep’, written only days after the 9/11 attacks: “How could this have happened [the 9-11 attacks]? Some will say it’s the beginning of the Biblical End Times. For a number of years, members of… Baha’is Under the Provisions of the Covenant have predicted that the World Trade Center Towers would be bombed by terrorists.” (The Missoulian, Editorial, September 20, 2001) A year after the 9/11 attacks The Missoulian newspaper also published a statement from Victor Woods, that Neal Chase had accurately predicted the date of the attacks. (Missoulian article September 16, 2002). The accuracy of this prediction is well known to everyone in Montana that saw or watched Neal Chase on MCAT (Missoula Community Access Television, on his program Baha’i Phone-live that aired from 1992 until 2001” (Michaud, J. Thus Mark Matthews a Journal independent of the Baha’i faith documents that for many years Neal Chase, along with Dr. Jensen had predicted the current state of world affairs of the now so-called “War on Terror”, which Neal Chase described as a “World Civil War” as well as the triggering event, the destruction of the Trade Towers. Still yet come is the expectation of the nuclear attack on the UN Building, and the escalating entanglement with Israel and Iran. Neal Chase accurately predicted over a half a dozen events in what he published as a prophetic time-line, as well as giving the exact dates from the scriptures for the execution of Saddam Hussein, stating that the final attack on the UN Building is to occur after the assassination of Saddam which was fulfilled on Eid al-Adha, several years ago. Court Cases: Montana and Colorado

After September 21, 2001, Neal Chase has been continually attacked by the Covenant-breaking Baha’is in variety of court cases and venues. Of the collateral damage in these cases is the loss of his two children and the dissolution of his first marriage.

The Covenant-breakers first tried to hijack the second IBC/UHJ that Dr. Leland Jensen had established on January 9, 1991, exactly 40 years after Shoghi Effendi had established the first one in January 9, 1951. Exactly as the Hands and the liaison officer of the first Council Ruhiyyih Khanum had one and all rejected Mason Remey AGHSAN and attempted to hijack away the first IBC/UHJ and set up a headless Monster “UHJ” in its place, remarkably enough, the newly appointed members of the second IBC/UHJ including the second Liaison Officer, also attempting to dissolve the second IBC/UHJ. Neal Chase along with the other loyal members of the Council, active and firm in the Covenant were able to prevent this, and the council remains established since 1991.

Having found themselves removed from the Council by their own nefarious activities, outside the provisions of the sacred Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, and unsuccessful in their attempt to imitate Ruhiyyih Khanum and the “hands” – their coalition coup fell apart each going their own separate ways and making different claims. This resulted in the formation of more than one minority factions, none of which in and of itself amounted to either a quorum or majority of the Council.

One notorious faction led by the former Treasurer of the Council, allied itself with another faction led by the former wife of Neal Chase, who had taken away his two children via the American family court system, using religion and his role as the Guardian as pretext, all the while telling the children that their father had been expelled from the Baha’i Faith as Covenant-breaker (that is by her group allied with the group of the Treasurer) and therefore they should shun him and have no contact with him on these religious grounds whatsoever. This joint scheme was first run through the Courts system of the local Colorado Baha’i Council and then up through to the second IBC/UHJ. When it failed there, that is it divided the IBC/UHJ members, these two factions then took the case to the State Courts of both Montana and Colorado: to Montana to destroy the IBC/UHJ and in Colorado, to separate the children from their father.

However in the interim, these two factions separated themselves from the rest of the community, declared Neal Chase and those with him to be Covenant-breakers, and began to indoctrinate and alienate his own children into this way of thinking as well. It was Mason Remey all over again. Families were destroyed, homes wrecked, by these usurpers who – with no authority from the Will and Testament and text of the Covenant – aggrandized to themselves the switcheroo to declare those who remained firm in the Covenant as violators.

This choice of tactic by his former wife, though reported to the Colorado court as definite “parental alienation” by the Court appointed special advocate was upheld and enforced against him and two minor children by the Colorado Family courts. Not knowing what else he could do, not wishing to further disrupt the lives of his children who received threats and alienation tactics by the other parties after his visits with him, and after a very long and protracted attempt to be able to preserve visitation and relationships with his children, and after going into debt into the amount of tens of thousands of dollars, when asked about this, he said, “These types of things happen to many people – therefore why should I be spared from these things, when my mission to is to help the people. Jesus was not the only person crucified thousands of years of ago, this was a common occurrence that happened to many people. Another famous example is Spartacus. Examples such as these lead to the fall of the Roman Empire. America must transform or fall as well. The choice rests its leadership in government, in education, in the media, etc. The Baha’i faith brings justice for all, not justice for one. Therefore Baha’u’llah suffered 40 years of injustice, ‘Abdu’l-Baha 40 years, Dr. Jensen suffered this type of injustice as well, and so shall I. This is because this faith, the true Baha’i Faith, establishes something the world has never seen before, Justice. Therefore those that promotes this learn a lesson in justice through these type of glaring injustices. Many of the people have lost their families and loved ones in these types of violations of the Covenant. Having survived these things many of these people – have seen through the lies, slander and calumny of the enemy and have seen and felt the real love and light and kindness and perseverance of those true ones under the provisions of the Covenant and have now come back from the many other groups (who masqueraded as “Baha’i”) and have found refuge, haven and reunion with their families and loved here under the provisions of the Covenant in the true Kingdom, in association and communion with the living Davidic King, an aghsan, the great grandson of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, in exile. It is the love of ‘Abdu’l-Baha and his scared Will and Testament that has drawn them all back, and re-grown the beautiful leaves, flowers and fruit on this blessed tree of the international community of the Covenant.

“This is what ‘Abdu’l-Baha himself has said in his Last Tablet to America, “Behold from all over the world they come and enter the Kingdom, and the children of the Kingdom are cast out!”  The real thing is to live the life, this means not hating anybody or anyone form any reason. Jesus said we must love on another. Thus you must love you neighbor, but you don’t have to love the bad things he does to you. I have fullest confidence of God’s wisdom in all things. In the end al the people will come back under the Covenant. They will do this in this life or the next. What choice have they? There is no where else to go, but into the Light. Surely they can hide from this from a few short years here, but in the end, as we live on his earth, and breath his air, and eat his food, there is no where else to go, no other place, haven or refuge. The problem for the people, is the type of adjustments they may need to make based upon what they have done. Therefore ours is not top judge or condemn, but to leave them over to God for He is the prayer hearing prayer answering Lord! For example is the prayer or sacred verse “There but for the grace of God go I!” Therefore in cases such as these we must be every cautious to not only remain firm in the Covenant according to the letter, but to the spirit as well. When my other children are mature and are grown into their own, I will see them again, soon enough. This is predestined, if they share these same qualities and attributes we have spoken of here today.”

The attempted to destroy the IBC/UHJ in the Montana Courts bore no fruit for the violators either. In the end, they disbanded and went their own separate ways. All that remains, is the evidence, proofs, bona fides and legal credentials within the court system, for lawyers to see how the succession of the throne-line of King David continues legally from Baha’u’llah, to ‘Abdu’l-Baha, to Mason, Pepe and then to Neal Chase.

Begun a little while after, but continued con-currently with the Colorado and Montana cases, began the assault against the UHJ (www.UHJ.net) by the original group or ex-IBC members and their successors the ones that attacked Mason Remey AGHSAN back in 1957-1960. Thus while the ex-menders of the second IBC set up by Dr. Jensen were attacking the Guardian, the ex-members of the first IBC set up by Shoghi Effendi attacked him as well. They first attacked him in the United Nations through World Intellectual and Property Organization, whose international courts are based in Geneva Switzerland. Having no formal background in law whatsoever, he single handedly wrote the legal response to their caviling and claims citing the Will and testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha and showing that they were the ones outside the legal provisions of the CHARTER (the sacred Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, see Shoghi Effendi, World Order of Baha’u’llah, page 144 for more) and therefore could not be the actual Universal House of Justice that Baha’u’llah revealed, ‘Abdu’l-Baha delineated and Shoghi Effendi constituted on January 9, 1951 that continues on to this day at www.UHJ.net. They lost the case. Thus Goliath fell to one small stone flung by a descendant of King David. The Guardian therefore won the right for all the Baha’is of the world to teach the faith under the provisions of the Covenant internationally at the United Nations venue. Is it any wonder that the teaching effort has exploded on the scene internationally since that time? Now the majority of people are becoming educated to the meaning and provisions of very single verse of the sacred Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha.

Not satisfied with this sudden and devastating defeat, the Covenant-breakers then dragged the dead carcass of their defeat into United States Federal Court in the city of Chicago – forcing the Guardian to come down off the mountain with the other members of the UHJ to be deposed as well as to testify in open court. They lost again.

This episode has been chronicled by the station chief of the United States Mid-West Baha’i Center who attended the proceedings as witness to these historic events. The Covenant-breakers appealed the decision. So this Cause progresses through opposition as it is written: “What man pans for evil God plans for Good so that many people shall be saved”.

Television and Radio. Every Friday night from 1992-2001, Neal Chase, hosted a weekly live call-in talk show on MCAT (Missoula Cable Access Television) called Bahá’í Phone-in Live. The format allowed callers to discuss issues ranging from religion, world events, politics, and special interests. Neal Chase was also invited to be a guest on the Art Bell radio show Coast to Coast AM on March 25, 1993, soon after the first World Trade Center Bombing which he accurately predicted. Neal Chase also appeared on Michael Moore’s TV Nation Episode  Five where Dr. Leland Jensen was featured.

Neal Chase has also appeared in many other publications, reviews and literature, some of which focused upon the scientific study of the Baha’i Faith.

“One of the most significant events in the history of the [Baha’i Faith ] BUPC was the recruitment of Neal Chase, a spiritual seeker from Wisconsin who proved to be brilliant at synthesizing Jensen’s teachings [establishing Baha’u’llah] with other prophetic beliefs… By 1990, Jensen, then seventy-six, had turned much of the responsibility for interpreting the scriptures over to Chase.” (Stone, J. Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND, U.S.A., 2005 MAY 23 — A referee in an international dispute over a domain name has ruled that visitors to UHJ.NET should find information on the truth of the Baha’i religion and its Covenant which mandates (on page 15 of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha: THE CHARTER) that the descendant of King David must be the president of the UHJ (Universal House of Justice) of Baha’u'llah so that the true UHJ can be recognized from fakes, frauds, and imitations.

The May 8 ruling released today by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) will keep the domain UHJ.NET in the possession of the Baha’is Under the Provisions of the Covenant who are the only people in the world to have the true Universal House of Justice of Baha’u'llah with the Davidic King (Aghsan – Branch) as its president, the great grandson of ‘Abdu’l-Baha as its functioning executive and living “guardian” seated upon the throne of King David that is to last for ever (see Psalms 89 for more).

In a shocking verdict, the goliath mega-bureaucracy of the mainstream Covenant-breakers based out of Wilmette, Illinois, USA, and Haifa, Israel, were sorely defeated as the International WIPO court turned out a verdict of “Complaint Denied” for those who tried to wrest away ownership of UHJ.NET website from the true Baha’i people who have remained loyal and faithful to the provisions of the Covenant of Baha’u'llah as delineated in the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha which is the CHARTER of the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven (see “World Order of Baha’u'llah”, p. 144, for more).

The Covenant-breaking so-called “National Spiritual Assembly, Inc.” of the United States, headquartered in Evanston, Ill., had turned to WIPO in February with the audacious complaint that UHJ.NET should be wrested away from the true Baha’i community who has remained loyal and steadfast to every single provisions of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha. In a clever switcheroo, they tired to smear the true Baha’is who have remained loyal to the Covenant and the person of the living Davidic King, as “violators” using misinformation, disinformation and down right lies, in a flailed attempt to confuse both the public and WIPO courts.

After being expelled by the true UHJ with the Davidic King as its president in 1960 for egregious violation of the Covenant in cahoots with a rogue band of usurpers calling themselves “The Hands”, who tried to eliminate the Aghsan-son of ‘Abdu’l-Baha off the council of the UHJ, after they allegedly murdered the first guardian, Shoghi Effendi, in 1957, these ones, knowing they had no mandate from the Covenant of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, surreptitiously trademarked the term “The Universal House of Justice” in 1965 in order to suppress the true Universal House of Justice of Baha’u'llah with ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s Aghsan-son as its president from being able to teach under its own true Identity and own true name.

This fallacious complaint on the part of those blinded by greed, ambition, corruption and lust for power and self aggrandizement, who the last 40 years has shown will stop at nothing to get their own way, failed to convince the WIPO court that the five words in their trademark “The Universal House of Justice” warranted their demand to own the acronym “UHJ”, which the true Baha’i people have been using publicly for over the last century since the Will and Testament went into effect in 1921, and ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s son asserted full rights under the provisions of the Covenant in 1960.

That a group of people would attempt to trump the sacred rights of freedom of religion and freedom of expression in the name of “trademark” which they call “The Marks” smacks of the Book of Revelation where it states that no one could buy or sell in the market place unless they had “The Marks” (Rev. 13: ).

The complaint by those of Illinois and Haifa, forced the Baha’is of the true Universal House of Justice of Baha’u'llah and their president, the great-grandson of ‘Abdu’l-Baha among them to fashion the entire meaning of the Baha’i Covenant and the history of the failed Covenant-breaking usurpation of the Baha’i faith which occurred back in 1960 – the Day of Great Dividing – into a short 5000 word summary. This summation of the Covenant, a veritable fireball of God’s Immutable Law codified into modern legal-ease, has sent a shockwave of joy and panic throughout the entire Baha’i world, as Baha’u'llah Himself prophesied that a “burning meteor” shall drive the violators off of Mount Carmel is His famous prophecy of the Holy Mariner.

Thousands of people have rejoiced at the defeat of the Age Old Enemy of the Davidic Kingship of Baha’u'llah and ‘Abdu’l-Baha and of their sons entitled in Persian ‘Aghsan’ which literally means ‘Branch’ (see Zech. 3:8 KJV for more) that has been passed down through ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s son, grandson and now great grandson who is the president and first servant of the Council of the Universal House of Justice in this day today.

Christians have been both amazed and thrilled to discover the true Identity of Baha’u'llah as that promised Davidic King, spoken of all throughout the Bible and promised by Jesus himself as the ‘Father’ who is to come “seated upon the throne of David” (see Isaiah 9:6, 7) that is to last for ever.

The word Christ comes from the Greek word ‘christos’ which comes from the Hebrew word ‘Messiah’ and literally means “the anointed descendant of King David”, the full title being ‘Messiah ben David’ in Hebrew. Baha’u'llah being a male-sperm descendant of King David fulfills Bible prophecy – by His prophesied name, His prophesied date, His prophesied, address, and His prophesied mission – therefore, as the second coming of Christ as Baha’u'llah is both descended from King David and seated upon David’s throne by blood and by genealogy and by appointment from, His father before Him.

Baha’u'llah’s father sat upon the throne of David, his grandfather sat upon the throne of King David, his great grandfather sat upon the throne of King David all the way back to King David himself through the ‘monarchs of King David in exile’ called ‘Exilarchs’ who were taken captive by Nebuchadnezzar into Babylon (Iraq) circa 597 BC and who Cyrus the Great freed from Captivity and moved to the nation of Persian or Iran (circa 484 BC), where Baha’u'llah was born 2300 years later (see Daniel 8:13 for more).

At the height of the current global War of Terror this GOOD NEWS of the Kingdom (Davidic) of Baha’u'llah (The Father) couldn’t have come at a better time.

When asked about the future plans for the global Baha’i teaching effort, and the spiritualization of the entire planetary affairs of mankind, spokesperson, Neal Chase ben Joseph Aghsan, the great Grandson of ‘Abdu’l-Baha said, “No Comment – But for those who turn to the guidance of Baha’u'llah’s true UHJ the future looks very bright and promising!”

Coming from the man who – based upon Bible and Baha’i prophecy – predicted the first Trade Tower bombing in 1993; and the current “World Civil War” in his famous press release of that same name, that has erupted since the 9-11; and the well known Bible prophecy of one third of mankind that is to die in one hour of thermonuclear war with every city in the United States population 100,000 or more to be destroyed – apparently the affairs of the Faith are not to be decided by any one man.

We will all have to wait for the verdict of future events after the next session of deliberation of the Universal House of Justice he presides over, comprised of 24 of his fellow members (24 elders spoken of in the Book of Revelation surrounding the throne – Davidic) which is just reconvening its current session after the holiday of the 161st Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Bab, the martyred Islamic forerunner for the Jewish and Christian Baha’u'llah, whose great announcement to all the world that the “Kingdom Jesus has foretold is Now Come!” – thus uniting in one breath these three Great Faiths who need it most of Judaism, Christianity and Islam – went out from the Persian city of Shiraz on May 23, 1844, 161 years ago this Day.

When a believer in Baha’u'llah, whether he was in the faith at the time of Shoghi Effendi or a recent adherent, finds that a person or a group of people have taken over the command of the faith in opposition to an authoritative figure or institution such as the International Baha’i Council set up by Shoghi Effendi, the red flare should shoot up. Or if they should find a person or a group of people going against any of the provisions of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha or going against Shoghi Effendi or any of his plans such as found in his plan of his world Crusade for the setting up the Universal House of Justice in four stages, the red flare should shoot up. Or if anyone finds a so-called Universal House of Justice that doesn’t have the executive branch, which is an integral part of the Universal House of Justice, as its head, then the red flare should shoot up. Or if a so-called Universal House of Justice is elected by National Spiritual Assemblies and not elected by Secondary Houses of Justice including all nations, such as Russia, then the red flare should shoot up. Or if you find that all of these violations are present, then there should be a red flame of fire bursting a mile high into the air to jar you out of your lethargy, awakening you to the gravity of this most malignant cancer infecting the body of believers.

Read about this Great Decision from the UHJ that women MUST be servants upon that body along with men, and if not, then the election of that UHJ is invalid unless women are elected to it as well.

Today, this Ridvan 2008,  in the 7^th circuit Federal Court of the United States of America they have sorely and uttered defeated, smashed, beaten, put down, trounced, thwarted, humiliated, their arguments “erased and effaced” according to the explicit prayer of none less than Baha’u’llah Himself!

“Inasmuch as great differences and divergences of denominational belief had arisen throughout the past, every man with a new idea attributing it to God, Baha’u'llah desired that there should not be any ground or reason for disagreement among the Baha’is. Therefore, with His own pen He wrote the Book of His Covenant, addressing His relations and all people of the world, saying, ‘Verily, I have appointed One Who is the Center of My Covenant . All must obey Him; all must turn to Him; He is the Expounder of My Book, and He is informed of My purpose. All must turn to Him.  Whatsoever He says is correct, for, verily, He knoweth the texts of My Book. Other than He, no one doth know My Book.’ The purpose of this statement is that there should never be discord and divergence among the Baha’is but that they should always be unified and agreed. In His prayers Baha’u'llah also said, ‘O God! Whosoever violates My Covenant, O God, humiliate him.  Verily, whosoever violates My Covenant, O God, erase and efface him.’ (`Abdu’l-Baha:  Promulgation of Universal Peace, pp. 322-323)

We rejoice, therefore, not in the defeat of the avowed enemies of the Cause – but rather in the Victory of God that our teaching effort continues – ALL FLAGS FLYING – publically and openly, vital, strong and true – to both text and testament – the Power of the Covenant alone sustaining us.

Many personal sacrifices have been made by many be all along the way. These violators of the Covenant – having no respect for the freedom of religion, first amendment of the United States – are infamous in their destruction of families, repressions and atrocities of their great oppression levied against the people forbidding them to even discus the fact that the true Universal House of Justice (according to the explicit text of the Covenant – W&T, p. 15) must have the living descendent of King David as its president to distinguish it from fakes, frauds and imitations.

Haply in the shadow of our victory, this triumph of the Cause of God over its avowed and recalcitrant enemies, has overshadowed and sheltered all individuals and groups of people calling themselves “Baha’i” as well be set free from the spectre of the violation to continue to practice the faith and promote the Cause the way they understand it. This unique position of our Council (uhj.net “seven rites of the Baha’i faith”) has both amazed, astounded and baffled both our enemies and well-wishers alike! Thus the watchword of “Unity in diversity” has been proclaimed and upheld, and the truth of the words: “Say: ALL ARE CREATED BY GOD!” has been manifested to all the people of the world. The Unity of the believers has been preserved by adherence and loyalty to every single provision of the Will and testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha.

These days of immanent war against Iran, world wide poverty and starvation looming, political corruption and intrigue assailing the governments of the world from within and from without, economic crisis and ruin threatening on every turn, estrangement of the cultures of the East and the West due to international “terror”; from out his gloom, only this Great Light of Hope – the Baha’i Peace Program – shines luminous above the horizon of the hearts of all humankind. Blessed and hopeful and happy are those that have seen this great light, and upon them in whom this light has shined!

Simultaneous with the Chicago Earthquake epicentered at Mt. Carmel (Illinois) that shook the very foundations of the city of the midmost heart of the US, the ground-breaking Writ of Judge Amy St. Eve of the Federal Court sends forth the Judgment and ruling that the Baha’i’s Under the provisions of the Covenant, and the person of the current living Guardian, the great grandson of ‘Abdu’l-Baha are free to teach and proclaim the truth of the Baha’i Faith and truth of the Baha’i Covenant fulfilled: that ‘Abdu’l-Baha passed the throne of David to his aghsan-son Charles Mason Remey Aghsan, who passed this to his only son, Pepe, also an aghsan, and that Pepe then passed this on to his only aghsan-son, Neal Chase ben Jospeh Aghsan, the current living hereditary Guardian of the Baha’i Faith and President of the true Universal House of Justice of Baha’u’llah, established in the Rocky Mountains in America, that shall bring peace through justice to all the world.

Through the artifice and stratagem, these violators sought to hold the people to a 40 years old injunction placed in 1966 against the first American NSA that had originally accepted Mason Remey as ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s aghsan-son, before they turned against him. Through machinations from with and without, that first NSA was dissolved by ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s son himself, and several breakaway groups formed in its wake outside the provisions of the Covenant as the times of great confusion and testing continued to ravage the people enmeshed in the Baha’i world in the wake of the negative spiritual vortex set froth by Ruhiyyih Khanum and the Hands. In the midst of this maelstrom of violation, Knight of Baha’u’llah, Dr, Leland Jensen, separated himself and emerged as the great Baha’i teacher of the 20^th century firm in the Covenant, ardent and resolute, and with the confirming support from on High, was able to point out that the aghsan lineage (the throne-line of King David from Baha’u’llah and ‘Abdu’l-Baha known as “the BRANCH” – Zech. 3:8 KJV) was in fact continued unbroken in Mason and Pepe, the legal son and grandson of ‘Abdu’l-Baha respectively – “an adopted son has all the rights prerogatives of a natural son including the kingship” – and that the people were then free to form the true UHJ as set forth in the explicit text of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha and the instructions and Jan. 9^th, constitution of the IBC/UHJ set forth by Shoghi Effendi Rabanni. Thus has this Truth come as a great shaking issuing forth from Mt. Carmel in America and shaking the very foundations of the heartland of Chicago, Evanston and Wilmette which at this time is the mainstay seat of violation in the US – though many of the faithful reside their and promulgate the divine standard of the genealogy of Baha’u’llah (uhj.net) which we have made public for all freely since September, 2001, the year “Mustaghath” – He Who Is Invoked for Help – as prophesied in the Baha’i scared writ.

Now these signs and portents and things are not to condemnation but to save! Now is the sounding bell and time for all the people to investigate the truth of the claims of the Baha’i Faith, the foundation of its covenant in the sacred Will and Testament of ‘Abdul-Baha, and make their choice. They can come under the provisions of the covenant (uhj.net), jopin God’s heavely army – the 144,000 –  or remain obstinate – and be replaced by others – as the catastrophe which is upon us now continues to escalate in both its timing and intensity. Thus with 1966 Injunction non-applicable to Our Cause and International Teaching Effort (“pro tantum brutum fulmen”) we now have a reprieve to continue teaching and growing and promulgating the Law of Universal Love, the Oneness of Humanity and Justice for All, that is at the very core and foundation of the teachings and Revelation of Baha’u’llah and is the animis and real spit incarnated in this now public and visible Order: the Kingdom of God (Davidic). Only the UHJ with the living Davidic King as it present is so fully contacted. Only this incarnation of the Cause of God – identified through its hereditary member – the “sign of God” (W&T, p. 11) is vouchsafed by the power of the Covenant to make a lasting and impressionable effect upon the world at large. For guidance, for truth, for unorganized religion: this organization alone – which is not a substitute for the faith – is so dedicated. God has today revealed His government for all the people of the world; it can only work established upon the foundation of true religion and true spirituality unorganized and unalloyed. The current living Guardian thus Guards it from becoming organized and prevents any clergy from forming. Take heed and warning! For those who have insight into these things -For the shadow of totalitarianism spiritual, material and otherwise, in this Day, still threatens the livelihood of all of humankind.
